RASCH LOADING BELLOWS

The dock shelter used during shipping is a component used to fill and seal the gap between the load compartment of the transport vehicle and the loading ramp. These bellows protect the loading area of the truck or trailer from outdoor conditions and external factors, while ensuring safe transportation of the products inside.

Loading bellows are used for the following purposes:

Sealing: The dock shelter fills the gap between the loading bay of the truck or trailer and the dock leveler to seal. This prevents elements such as outside air, dust, moisture and insects from entering and maintains the quality of the products.

Providing isolation: The loading bellows isolates the loading section from external factors. Thus, the effects caused by air flow, temperature changes or weather conditions that may occur during loading are minimized. This is especially important when transporting sensitive products such as food products that require a cold chain.

Ensuring safety: The loading bellows provides safety to prevent any accidents during loading. Thanks to its height-adjustable and flexible structure, it creates a platform between the transport vehicle and the loading ramp. This simplifies loading and unloading operations and reduces the risk of workers being exposed to accidents such as falls or slips
