Our company has prepared and documented the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health standards.
This documented integrated management system will be implemented and improved by all our company personnel.
Our company adopts the “process approach” in its integrated management. The names, sequences and relationships of the processes within the scope of the Integrated Management System are given in the PS.01 Process Interaction Chart. In addition, it is possible to reach detailed information about the operation of these processes with the Process Flow Charts created for each process. Process Flow Charts contain flow charts, activities and necessary explanations for each process. KEK.03 Our process and general goals are seen in our targets, and the data is analyzed in the A.01 Analysis chart.
Our company has made hazard analyzes in its management systems, determined the control points and recorded them with the F 21 Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Form.
The processes within the integrated management system and their relationships are shown in the Processes file.
The interconnections of processes are indicated by arrows. However, the Continuous Improvement process is related to all processes.
As a result of the interaction of its subjects with each other as follows, the structure that will ensure continuous improvement is implemented in our company.
Generally, the output of each process becomes the input of the following process.
The up-to-dateness and reliability of the Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems are ensured by the Management Review Meetings held annually.
