All products produced under the Özbosan brand and under the guarantee of 24/7 service. For the products it undertakes to assemble, Özbosan performs the service by using its own team or a dealer network that dominates the region.
CONDITIONS
1. ÖZBOSAN cannot be held responsible for the works that it does not produce (facade cladding, joinery, etc.) with the price given in the offer.
2. Additional materials such as closure sheets, which may be requested in addition to the product, are priced together with the labor fee and applied after the customer’s approval.
3. It is strictly the customer’s responsibility to make the area where the door will be installed ready for assembly before assembly.
SITUATIONS THAT THE CUSTOMER MUST PREPARE BEFORE AND DURING INSTALLATION

5. In cases where the customer does not fully fulfill the above-mentioned responsibilities regarding the assembly area, the responsibility belongs entirely to the customer.
6. In cases where the power line has not been drawn, the work is delivered on the condition that the ÖZBOSAN installation team completes the assembly of the door with mobile energy and then the customer makes the electrical connection.
7. Materials such as iron doors or simple joinery in the place of the door to be assembled will be dismantled by ÖZBOSAN assembly team.
8. During the sale and assembly process of the product, the company representative named in the offer will be your interlocutor. For post-installation, transfer your requests to the after-sales service representative.
CUSTOMER SITUATIONS AFTER INSTALLATION
After the product has been assembled, the opening and closing operations on the building (sheet metal covering, plastering, etc. all construction workmanship) belong to the customer. The assembly company is only responsible for the application of the product it sells at the assembly site.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
* Defects caused by usage errors are not covered by the warranty.
* In case of damage to the automatic door due to natural disasters (earthquake, strong wind, storm, flood), it is not covered by the warranty.
* During the warranty period, any intervention to the shutters, except for the maintenance and repair service of ÖZBOSAN automatic shutter and door systems, will invalidate the warranty. In this case, the door is serviced and the engine and mechanical parts replaced and maintained with the service provided are invoiced.
* Accidents caused by any object under the door are not covered by the warranty. Damages to occur will be determined and invoiced with the service fee.
* Damages that may occur in case of power outage in the building, voltage drop, voltage increase, fuse blowing etc. are not covered by the warranty. Defective products are invoiced together with the service charge.
* Building, shop, factory etc. In the renovations of places such as, the electricity needs to be cut and repaired due to the fact that the cards have brains. Damages that may occur are not covered by the warranty (fuse replacement, electrical phase interference, installation of external generators etc. to the engine)
2 YEARS WARRANTY
Our assembled sales are also given for production and assembly errors.
5 YEARS WARRANTY
In our factory delivery engine sales, it is our guarantee to supply the relevant spare part in case of malfunction after 2 years. After 2 years, repairs and replacements are chargeable.
10 YEARS WARRANTY
It is the guarantee that you can find the spare parts of the products you have purchased from Özbosan, which will be required for 10 years, at the factory.
