Our departments:

Roll form line – Rapid PVC door production line – Welding line – CNC Press brake line – Paint shop line – Sheet metal slitting line

There are 10 roll form units in our facility that can process galvanized DX 51-52 0.6-1.2 mm tapes before painting.

Özbosan panel manufacturer code starts with G.

G 80 – single-skinned office and shop shutters. It can be produced with micro holes and windows.

G 120 – workplace shop shutters. It can be produced as a micro-perforated and windowed panel.

G 130 – workplace store warehouse doors. Suitable for production between 0.7-1.2 mm

G 110 – Warehouse, hangar, areas where heat and sound insulation is required. It is double-walled and has a stone wool filling.

Mesh shutter production line – It is produced by laying galvanized steel pipes in aluminum extrusion pipes. Brick and zig zag patterns are obtained by combining the panels with extrusion blades.

Fast PVC door production:

We produce durable and high quality fast canvas doors by using high-frequency machinery in our factory.

By using quality imported glue, we ensure a longer life of our fast tarpaulin doors.

Our computer-aided manufacturing system increases the precision and accuracy of our fast PVC doors.
