NOPEA INDUSTRIAL SECTIONAL DOORS
– Garage doors
– Industrial type doors
– Sectional doors with service doors and windows
They are spring-balanced doors that can be manufactured in accordance with architectural designs, controlled by hand or motor, opened by sliding towards the ceiling thanks to the rails on the door sides. It is preferred at the garage entrances of detached houses, indoor parking lots of apartments and sites.
In addition, there are various bedding options for factories and businesses, including large-scale and even within clear transition limits, with personnel access and windows.
Sectional garage doors, which can offer security and aesthetics at the same time, are safe and long-lasting with their polyurethane-filled steel-clad panels. It has a flexible application area with bedding systems developed in accordance with various architectural designs. It is an application that provides comfort to vehicle owners. Thanks to the automation systems that can be applied to these doors, pedestrians and vehicles can pass without being exposed to effects such as rain, mud, cold and heat. Thanks to its panel and engine options, it has a wide usage area. It is preferred because it provides heat, sound and dust insulation in the environments where it is used. Door sections (panels) are in the form of steel/polyurethane/steel and the steels are hot-dip galvanized. Nature-friendly water-based homogeneous polyurethane foam with a density of 43.3 kg/m³ is used. Thanks to the polyurethane CFC Free PUR feature, mold and infestation do not occur. B2 flammability feature is documented with test reports. In order to ensure the sealing between the panels, a wick and a special sponge gasket are fabricated. There is also a thermal bridge over the sections.
There are 1 mm thick steel bars under the surface sheet at the points where the hinges are screwed inside the panel. In this way, the hinges are provided to last for many years and the life of the door is extended. The panels are produced as embossed (stucco) on the inner and outer surfaces and it is aimed to increase the strength by using the lengthwise rib system. The panels, which have a design that prevents finger jamming, comply with world standards. (EN 12604)
Panel Thickness: 40 mm
ASHRAE Calculation: Thermal insulation k=1.51 w / m2k
Thermal conductivity (U) value is 0.067 W/( m2K)
Sound insulation RW=26 db.
EQUIPMENT
The hinges used in the doors are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. The wheel shaft lengths are optimally adjusted according to the door dimensions.
SPRINGS
Torsion (bending) springs that balance the weight of the door are produced in accordance with ASTM -229 standards. Spring life is approximately 20,000 openings. The drums used and the spring fixing assembly are made of cast aluminum.
SUPPORT PROFILE
It is the part that consists of galvanized box profile selected according to the width and height of the door, and ensures that the fasteners are attached to the application site during assembly.
GUIDES
The guides (rails) and brackets used in the doors are made of 2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM-526 standards.-
Thanks to the flexible PVC seals used in the upper, side and lower parts of the door, full impermeability is ensured.
ROPES
The ropes that provide the movement of the door by connecting to the lower hinges are selected from 3.2mm, 4mm or 4.8mm thick steel ropes depending on the door dimensions.
ROPE SAFETY
It activates during the break of the steel rope and helps the door to stay where it is and to prevent possible accidents.
REMOTE CONTROL
It is a mechanism that works with a radio receiver adapted to the engine section, providing the function of opening, closing and stopping the door with a remote control.
SAFETY PHOTOCELL
It is the standard equipment used when pneumatic and opto sensors are not preferred. It is active when the door works in the downward direction. It is tied at an interval of 50-75 cm from the ground. It consists of two sensors that see each other. In the event of an object coming in, it controls the engine and stops the system.
USE WITH HOOK
It is preferred in cases where the engine is not desired and only human power is desired. With the power of the spring mechanism in the door, manual opening and closing are provided with little power. There is no electrical/electronic equipment in the caraskal elections.
LOCK SYSTEM
Manual doors are locked as standard. Manual lock is not provided for motorized doors.
MANUAL OPERATION
In case of power cuts, the door can be moved up and down by attaching a manual arm to the ring at the bottom of the motor.
BUTTON CONTROL
It is the equipment that contains the up and down arrow keys. The door moves as long as the button is pressed. It is supplied as a single button together with the remote control.
SECURITY
When any obstacles are encountered during the downward movement of the door, the pneumatic system that makes a soft touch to the obstacle and allows it to return upwards is optionally available. The panel structure is designed in accordance with finger jamming safety standards to prevent a possible accident during operation.
GUARANTEE
The product is guaranteed for 2 years against production and assembly faults for assembled deliveries. For unassembled deliveries, if the spare part is inspected by ÖZBOSAN, it is within the warranty period.
WIND RESISTANCE
The doors are manufactured to withstand 75 kg/m2 wind load. When the door width exceeds 5500 mm, the wind resistance is further increased with the U bars placed on the panels.
BEDDING TYPE (BEDDING TYPE TO BE SELECTED UNDER CONTROL OF TECHNICAL DIMENSIONS GIVEN TO THE MANUFACTURER)
“Standard bearing ( r 420): It is the movement of the door panels in the closed position in the direction parallel to the ceiling as soon as the door starts to operate.
Standard bearing ( r 350): It is the movement of the door panels in the closed position in the direction parallel to the ceiling as soon as the door starts to operate. (to ensure maximum clear height on low ceilings)
High bearing: The door panels in the closed position move a little vertically in the direction of the ceiling when the door starts to work and continue in a parallel position to the ceiling.
Guillotine bearing: It is the movement of the door panels in the closed position in the vertical direction to the ceiling as soon as the door starts to work.
COLOUR
Baked polyester primer paint was applied on the panels and it was painted with RAL 9010 polyester paint.
All panels of the door can be painted in the desired colors, including the front and back surfaces, or if given in pieces.
WINDOW WORK
It can be applied to the desired number and panel area in the dimensions of 650mm X 320mm (inside measure).
OPTO SENSOR
Kapien is the security system hidden in the bottom plastic layer. It is activated by the downward movement of the door and provides security in every region. During the downward descent of the door, it stops the door against the obstacles it comes into contact with.
PNEUMATIC SENSOR
The door is the security system hidden in the bottom plastic layer. It is activated by the downward movement of the door and provides security in every region. It works by measuring the pressure of the air inside the plastic layer. When the door encounters an object, it controls the pressure difference and stops the motor by contacting this plastic layer. Cold season conditions and damage to the plastic layer hinder the operation of the pneumatic system.
PERSONNEL PASSAGE DOOR
It is a pedestrian crossing door whose integrity is ensured with the necessary accessories by applying the cutting process on the door panels. It is applied from approximately 15 cm above the lowest panel. It moves with the operation of the automatic door.
PERSONNEL PASSAGE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
panic bar set
door control switch
